Program on the 'other Ashlands' slated at the Library Jan. 16.
The Richard S. Gillis, Jr./Ashland Branch Library will present "Ashland in the USA" at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 16.
Betty Carol Stevenson will share stories, photos and her research on all of the towns and cities of Ashland in the USA, including the "Center of the Universe."
Refreshments, sponsored by Friends of the Ashland Library, will be served and all interested members of the public are invited.
In keeping with Ashland's 150th anniversary, all adult programs in 2008 will focus on the town's history and related interests. The library is located at 201 S. Railroad Avenue in Ashland. For more information, call 798-4072.
